| Hewlett-Packard 5061-3001 | |||||||||
![]() |
The Hewlett-Packard 5061-3001 is an advanced 107-pin variant of the original HP 5061-3010 16-bit NMOS II hybrid microprocessor, which adds a fourth NMOS Address Extension Chip (AEC). The 5061-3001 is one of the most powerful microprocessors of the 1970s, and was never sold as a stand-alone product. This example is a gold trace variant, type 2 lid, 1984 date code, complete with its original 'Honda cylinder head' heatsink, in excellent condition. This chip is large; the heatsink measures 10x6.5cm.

| Mostek MK4332D-3 | |||||||||
![]() |
The Mostek MK4332D-3 consists of a pair of MK4116E 16kB DRAMs in 18-pin gold-and-ceramic leadless carriers, mounted to an 18-pin ceramic breakout DIP to produce a single 32kB 'RAM-PAK' device. Such hybrid devices were designed to ease adoption of the new leadless carrier technology, by providing a LCC footprint with conventional through-hole pins. These devices are new, unused.

| Unfinished Pentium | |||||||||
| |
This is an unusual device indeed, an Intel Pentium 133 Mobile that has not been mounted into its carrier yet. The die of the chip is mounted to a sheet of Mylar film and then fixed into a plastic chip carrier. Normally these parts would have been trimmed and discarded during the final stages of assembly. These integrated circuits are new old stock.

| Beckman 809-V6 | |||||||||
| |
This is almost certainly some sort of integrated circuit, but beyond that its function and purpose are a total mystery to us. A search for 'Beckman 809-V6' on Google yields nothing but worthless part-miner services, and the somewhat cryptic labeling is of no assistance; we feel it unlikely that many helical potentiometers were released in white ceramic hybrid DIP packages.

||||||||
| Intersil IM55S18ACJE | |||||||||
| |
This device is another mystery to us, and we have no idea what its function is. That said, it is of high quality construction with a 16-pin white ceramic carrier with gold cavity lid and pins. These devices appear to be new old stock.

| RCA CA3058 | |||||||||

RCA CA3058 zero voltage switch, new old stock. These chips have a white ceramic 14 pin DIP package with a round cavity lid.
|
||||||||
| RCA CD4012AK | |||||||||

| RCA 1248849 | |||||||||
| |
An unusual RCA flat-pack IC with a white ceramic carrier and gold leads.These devices are new old stock, and are still stored in their factory anti-static carriers. Given the date code and high grade planar construction, it is very likely these chips were part of the US space program or some military project.

| Western Electric GF40139 | |||||||||
| |
The GF40139 is one among the series of GF401xx hybrid integrated circuits used in the Semi-Automatic Ground Environment (SAGE) defense computer during the 1960s. This is an extremely rare chip, composed of a number discrete transistor and diode dies mounted on a white ceramic substrate and encased in a gold-plated metal can with gold pins. Units are new old stock with minor shelf wear.

The GF40143 is one among the series of GF401xx hybrid integrated circuits used in the Semi-Automatic Ground Environment (SAGE) defense computer during the 1960s. This is an extremely rare chip, composed of a number discrete transistor and diode dies mounted on a white ceramic substrate and encased in a gold-plated metal can with gold pins. Units are new old stock with minor shelf wear; the image in the thumbnail shows this IC with its lid removed, but the customer will receive an intact and undamaged unit.

| Fairchild 1103A-1 | ||||||||
![]() |
Extremely rare Fairchild 1103A-1 PMOS DRAM, 1 kilobit capacity, white ceramic with gold cavity lid and leads, 1976 date code, new old stock. The 1103 is Intel's first commercially successful DRAM, and the chip that launched Intel's rise to fame. This is a Fairchild second-source chip, which is substantially rarer than the Intel variation. If you Intel guys are looking for something to add to your collection which will effectively illustrate Intel's monolithic dominance of the semiconductor industry, nothing will show that better than a government-mandated Fairchild clone of the 1103.
